Chief Quipuha park in Hagåtña

Chief Quipuha, or Kepuha, was the first Chamorro chief to convert to Catholicism. His name means "striving to capsize." He gave the land upon which the Dulce Nobre de Maria Cathedral-Basilica still sits.
