post office plumeria ...

the post office is always late, but has this pleasant plumeria ...

shot these recent bloomings ...

the air was thick with their perfume ...

I'm sure someone raided it soon after for leis ...

hibiscus bush ...

It's amazing that these bushes, and the ones near it, ever have any flowers on them. It, and they, are located in one of Guam's heavily visited tourist destinations, and visitors are always picking hibiscus and tucking them behind an ear, or placing it in their hair ...

vibrant flowering bush ...

not sure what kind of flower this is ...

but it's quite bright and lively ...

I drive by this bush every day to work ...

finally stopped to capture its image ...

asan bay overloook sunset ...

this sunset actually got more amazing ... I need a better low-light camera ...

peaches and teals ...

aswirl in the air ...

with hints of orange and yellow ...

upon a canvas of darker blues ...

still more clouds ...

love these kinds of afternoons ...

so clear and bright ...

crystal skies of blue hosting sparkling white clouds ....
