This is Guam's tribute to Pope John Paul IV. When he visited Guam, tens of thousands of people came to see him and hear him say Mass. After his visit, we erected this statue in the middle of a Hagåtña road. It's supposed to fully rotate once every 24 hours, but the motor that does that has suffered from chronic breakdowns, and it's currently not working.
